摘要
近年来,地下连通通道先后在沈阳市各中心区陆续实施,有效提升了重点地区地下空间布局的系统性和网络化水平。同期,沈阳市创新开展了地下空间项目的预审工作。由于地下连通通道在区位、规模、开发时序等方面具备特殊性和复杂性,针对其开展的预审工作始终存在依据不充分、预审结论与方案后续深化衔接不足等问题,迫切需要从地下连通通道的空间特点出发,梳理布局需求,提出针对性的规划控制要点,为预审工作提供技术依据。本次研究主要通过修建性详细规划形式进行分析探讨。
In recent years, underground connected channels have been successively implemented in various central districts in Shenyang, which effectively improves the systematic and network level of underground space layout in key areas. In the same period,Shenyang innovated and launched the pre-examination work of the underground space project. Due to the particularity and complexity of the underground connected channel in terms of location, scale, development timing, etc., the pre-examination work carried out always has problems such as insufficient basis, insufficient connection between the pre-trial conclusion and the subsequent deepening of the plan, and so on, it is urgent to start from the spatial characteristics of the underground connected channels, sort out the layout requirements, propose targeted planning and control points, and provide technical basis for the pre-examination work. This study mainly analyzes and discusses through constructive detailed planning.
