BIM在苏南地区的应用研究

如今,BIM是建筑行业的新兴技术,也是革命性力量,它对工程项目设施实体和功能的数字化表达,在一定程度上改变旧时建筑工程中的缺陷,提高企业竞争力。近年来,越来越多的企业开始考虑如何将BIM技术应用到项目中,使其效益倍增。就苏南地区,BIM技术的发展和应用并没有达到期望值,针对BIM技术在苏南地区应用不广泛、不深入的现状,本文通过调查问卷的方式收集了相关数据,对潜在的阻碍因素进行了剖析。并提出了几点可行性建议,以期为BIM技术更好的在苏南地区推行献计献策。

Today, BIM is an emerging technology in the construction industry and a revolutionary force. For its digital expression of the physical and functional facilities of engineering projects, it has changed the defects in old construction projects to a certain extent and improved the competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, more and more companies have begun to consider how to apply BIM technology to projects to double their benefits. Regarding the development and application of BIM technology in southern Jiangsu area, the expected value has not been met. In view of the current situation that BIM technology is not widely used and in-depth in southern Jiangsu area, this paper collects relevant data through questionnaires and investigates potential obstacles, and puts forward a few feasible suggestions, with a view to better promote the BIM technology in southern Jiangsu.
