摘要
提出了一种固定安装在巷道壁上的非介入式精准风量测量机器人,以实现实时监测巷道全断面平均风速、风向和单位时间内的风量。借此可为矿井通风管理提供精准实测数据,提高矿井通风安全,有针对性的增减通风设施及指导通风设备选型,以减少不必要的通风方面费用投入和电力资源的无效损耗,对实现智能通风管控具有很好的指导意义。
A non-intrusive precision air volume measurement robot fixed on the wall of a tunnel is proposed to achieve real-time monitoring of the average wind speed, wind direction and air volume per unit time of the tunnel’s full cross-section, which can provide accurate measured data for mine ventilation management, improve the safety of mine ventilation, increase or decrease ventilation facilities in a targeted manner, and guide the selection of ventilation equipment to reduce unnecessary ventilation costs and invalid loss of power resources and guide intelligent ventilation control.
