摘要
食品作为人类生存的基本需求,是维持社会稳定和发展的基础,近些年,食品的营养成分以及安全问题引起了一定的关注,先进的食品检测技术能够在一定程度上保证食品的质量和安全,本文简述了气相色谱技术的概念、原理、特点以及分类,并对食品安全检测中气相色谱技术的应用进行了深入研究,希望可以为食品安全检测技术的发展提供一份参考。
Food, as the basic needs of human survival, is the basis for maintaining social stability and development. In recent years,food nutrition and safety issues have attracted some attention. Advanced food testing technology can ensure the quality and safety of food to a certain extent. This article briefly describes the concept, principle, characteristics and classification of gas chromatography technology, and conducts in-depth research on the application of gas chromatography technology in food safety testing, hoping to provide reference for the development of food safety testing technology.
