摘要 从20世纪50年代开始,企业环境、社会责任等进入人们的视野中,研究影响企业环境决策的作用机制成为学术界研究的热点。本文根据高阶梯队理论、个性心理学理论、利益相关者理论、波特理论等,从CEO特征的视角出发,系统梳理了国内外学者对于CEO三大人格特征、企业社会责任、企业环境战略、分类、驱动力、后果、CEO特征与企业环境战略的关系等的看法和论述,并在前人的基础上结合当下时代的发展,提出了未来在CEO个人特征与企业环境战略方面的研究方向会愈加朝着大数据上倾斜,且多方合作、跨区域研究是未来研究CEO人格特征与企业关系的重要突破口。 Since the 1950 s, corporate environment and social responsibility have entered the field of people’s vision, and the study of the mechanism that affects corporate environmental decision-making has become a hot spot in academic research. Based on the high-level team theory, personality psychology theory, stakeholder theory, Porter theory, etc., this article systematically sorts out the views and discussions of domestic and foreign scholars on the CEO three personality characteristics, corporate social responsibility, corporate environmental strategy, classification, driving force, consequences, the relationship between CEO characteristics and corporate environmental strategy, and on the basis of predecessors combined with the development of the current era, puts forward the future research directions on CEO personal characteristics and corporate environmental strategy increasingly leaning towards big data, and multiparty cooperation and cross-regional research is an important breakthrough in the future research on CEO personality characteristics and corporate relations.
