基于ANSYS的微型车载转运作业平台的优化分析

摘要 针对现有车载转运作业平台机动性差、调平时间长、作业环境要求高、辅助设备多等问题,设计出有别于液压系统转运作业平台的电机升降式车载转运作业平台。运用ANAYS Workbench对其进行强度分析、模态分析,对转运平台做出结构优化,以便满足设计需求的同时,提高设计效率和减少成本。 In view of the problems such as poor mobility,long leveling time,high requirements of working environment and many auxiliary equipments of the existing vehicle transfer platform,a motor lifting vehicle transfer platform different from the hydraulic system transfer platform is designed.The strength analysis and modal analysis are carried out by using the analysis workbench to optimize the structure of the transfer platform,so as to meet the design requirements,improve the design efficiency and reduce the costs.
