摘要
针对高校毕业生档案数据量大,转递查询管理易出现遗漏等问题,设计基于智能数据分析的高校毕业生档案转递查询管理系统。该系统可以实现毕业生信息提取、档案查询、档案安全转递的功能。通过与电子档案管理系统、基于微服务的智能档案服务系统、基于层次分析法的方法对比实验表明:该系统转递误差0.15%,内存使用率接近100%,运行时间0.1 s,查询工作比传统分析方法更加科学安全,应用性更广。
There is a large amount of data in the archives of college graduates,which is easy to be missed in the transfer query management.The management system of transferring and querying college graduates'files based on intelligent data analysis is designed.The system can realize the functions of graduate information extraction,file query and file security transmission.Compared with electronic archives management system,intelligent archives service system based on microservice and method based on AHP,the experiment shows that,the transmission error of the system is 0.15%,the memory utilization rate is close to 100%,the running time is 0.1s,and the query work is more scientific,safer and more widely applied than the traditional analysis method.
