德国职业资格认证制度经验对我国的启示

明确的法律责任、统一的认证标准、“段”“证”的相互衔接、科学的认证体系、多元与层级的能力标准等特征,极大地促进了德国职业资格认证制度的有效推进。借鉴这些成功经验,我国在职业资格认证制度建设上,应进一步加强立法保障、强化资格治理、明确资格标准、促进“课证”融通、提高证书质量。

Clear legal responsibility,unified certification standard,mutual connection of"stage"and"certification",scientific certification system,multiple and hierarchical ability standards and other features greatly promote the effective promotion of German vocational qualification certification system.Based on these successful experiences,in the construction of vocational qualification certification system,China should further strengthen legislative guarantee,strengthen qualification management,clarify qualification standards,promote the integration of"course certificate"and improve the quality of certificate.
