为了解决高职院校思想政治主题教育存在的持续性不强,感召力不足,缺乏统筹性等问题,高职院校应着力构建“大思政”格局,建立各部门联动的工作实效考核机制,在全员育人、全过程贯穿、全方位整合中,促进不同思想政治主题教育无缝衔接,多样实施,永不落幕,切实提高思想政治主题教育的实效性。

In order to solve the problems of the ideological and political subject education in vocational colleges,such as the lack of continuity,appeal and overall planning,vocational colleges should focus on building a"big ideological and political"pattern,establish a joint work effectiveness evaluation mechanism of all departments,and promote the seamless connection and diversified implementation of different ideological and political subject education in the process of all-round education,all-round penetration and all-round integration,to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theme education.
