信丰县油茶精准扶贫经济效益分析

Economic benefit analysis of Camellia oleifera Abel on targeted poverty alleviation in Xinfeng County

油茶(Camellia oleifera Abel.)为我国南方重要的木本油料树种,适生于低山丘陵地带,经济效益非常可观。江西省信丰县因地制宜选择油茶产业进行精准扶贫,充分发挥贫困地区山林资源富集的有利条件和油茶特色产业优势。信丰县精准扶贫油茶基地有15个,分布于全县的10个乡镇4个国有林场,油茶面积988.40 hm^2。根据油茶经营管理等现状,对油茶效益进行了初步分析。以期为信丰县构建精准扶贫工作长效机制,为科学扶贫奠定坚实基础。

Camellia oleifera Abel.is an important woody oil tree in south China.It is suitable for the hilly areas and considerable economic benefits.Tea oil industry can carry out targeted poverty alleviation according to local conditions in Xinfeng County,it is play to the favorable conditions of mountain forest resources enrichment in poor areas and the advantages of tea oil characteristic industry.There are 15 oil-tea poverty alleviation bases in Xinfeng County,which are distributed in 10 towns and 4 state-owned forest farms.The present area of Camellia oleifera Abel is 988.40 hm^2.According to the present situation of tea oil management,put forward the existing problems and analyses the countermeasures in the future.Build a long-term mechanism for targeted poverty alleviation for Xinfeng county,and lay a foundation for scientific poverty alleviation.
