摘要
运用结构安全裕度评价城市内加挂通信天线的输电杆塔,是解决现行输电杆塔结构校核周期长、成本高的有效途径。文章通过道亨满应力设计软件有限元建模分析了江苏省省网输电钢管杆2E2模块6种塔型,并对比加挂天线前后钢管杆的结构受力特性,提出了杆塔应力及挠度安全裕度风险评价方法。结果表明:省网2E2模块输电钢管杆具有加挂通信天线的可行性;其模块中初始安全裕度由高到低依次为终端塔、转角塔、直线塔,应优先选取终端塔或者转角塔作为加挂对象。
Using structural safety margin to evaluate transmission towers with communication antennas in cities is an effective way to solve the current long check cycle and high cost of transmission tower structures.In this article,six types of towers of Jiangsu Province State Grid steel pipe 2E2 module were analyzed by finite element modeling using Daoheng stress design software.The structural stress characteristics of steel poles before and after adding antennas are compared,and a risk assessment method of tower stress and safety margin for deflection is proposed.Through analysis,it is known that the transmission steel pipe tower loading the communication antenna are feasible;the initial safety margin in the 2E2 module is end tower,corner tower,and straight tower in order from high to low,the end tower or corner tower should be selected as the first target.
