合格评估视阈下新建本科院校师资队伍建设的瓶颈与突破 被引量:3

摘要 为有效规范我国本科教育教学工作,2003年开始我国教育部就明确规定新建本科院校需要定期接受教育部的本科教学评估,从而有效掌握院校真实教学质量水平与师资队伍建设情况。在这一背景下,本文将从合格评估视阈出发,以江西省F学院为例,在明确当前新建本科院校师资队伍建设情况的基础上,着重围绕基于合格评估下的新建本科院校师资队伍建设的瓶颈与突破策略进行分析研究,以期能够为相关研究提供相应理论参考。 In order to effectively standardize China’s undergraduate education,the Ministry of Education has clearly stipulated since 2003 that newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities need to receive regular undergraduate teaching evaluation from the Ministry of Education,so as to effectively supervise the real teaching quality and the construction of faculty.In such a context,this paper,taking F college in Jiangxi province as an example,focuses on the analysis and research of the bottleneck and breakthrough strategy of the construction of the teaching staff in newly-built undergraduate colleges guided by the qualification evaluation criteria on the basis of clarifying the current situation of the construction of faculty in the new undergraduate college,with the expectation of providing some theoretical reference for the related research.
