欠发达地区高校服装专业校企合作瓶颈与路径研究——以宿州学院服装与服饰设计专业为例

Research on School-enterprise Cooperation Path of Clothing Specialty in Colleges and Universities in Underdeveloped Areas——Take the Major of Clothing and Costume Design in Suzhou University as an Example

欠发达地区服装企业多以生产加工型为主,高校服装专业与当地企业开展校企合作的空间窄、成本高、利益诉求契合点小;距离因素导致其与外地企业合作的形式受限;工资待遇等因素导致欠发达地区高校师资紧张,专任教师参与校企合作的精力有限。上述瓶颈可被看作是欠发达地区高校服装专业校企合作所面临的普遍难题。宿州学院服装与服饰设计专业在以他赢为律谋求“生企”利益共赢的基础上靶向施策,分别与本地龙头企业共建服装工程校企联盟、优选周边地区优质企业建立服装设计实习实践教学基地,同时加强外聘教师队伍建设以填补师资缺口,并合理利用第三方管理与评价机制,为欠发达地区高校服装专业校企合作路径提供宿州学院样本。

Garment enterprises in less developed areas are mostly focused on processing only.Therefore,apart from the high cost and limited convergence point of interest,the space for clothing majors to cooperate with the local enterprises is quite narrow.Besides,due to the long distance,the form of cooperation between the college or university and the enterprises in other regions is restricted largely.Moreover,salary plus other factors leads to the shortage of teachers in colleges and universities in less developed areas,which results in less energy of full-time teachers in participating in school-enterprise cooperation.The above bottlenecks can be considered as a common problem existing in the cooperation between colleges or universities and enterprises in the clothing specialty in less developed areas.Based on the law of"win by others"and the win-win interests of"students and enterprises",the Department of Clothing and Costume Design of Suzhou University has established school-enterprise alliance of clothing engineering with the local leading enterprises,and built clothing design practice teaching bases together with the high-quality enterprises in the surrounding areas,while strengthening the construction of external teachers to fill the gap of teachers,and properly utilizing the third-party management and evaluation mechanism,so as to set an example of Suzhou University for the school-enterprise cooperation path in the clothing specialty of colleges and universities in less developed areas.
