摘要 为了更精确地测量整车动力性和经济性,需要通过汽车滑行试验获得更精确的车辆道路行驶阻力系数。说明了滑行试验的整车受力分析原理,建立道路阻力平衡方程;推导滑行过程中时间和车速的关系函数,建立道路阻力系数与车速的方程;提出使用单纯形法对滑行试验数据进行处理,直接拟合t-v曲线替代现有常用的拟合v-F曲线;通过道路阻力逆推滑行曲线与实际道路阻力曲线相对比,精度提高了5.86%。试验表明,该方法结果与理论曲线更贴近,数据处理过程更简便快捷。 In order to measure the vehicle power and economy more accurately,it is necessary to obtain more accurate vehicle road resistance coefficient through vehicle coasting test.In this paper,the principle of vehicle force analysis in coasting test is explained,the road resistance balance equation is established,the relationship function between time and vehicle speed in coasting process is derived,and the equation between road resistance coefficient and vehicle speed is established,the simplex method is proposed to process the data of coasting test,and the t-v curve is directly fitted instead of the existing v-F curve.The accuracy of this method is improved by 5.86%compared with the actual road resistance curve.The experimental results show that the results of this method are more close to the theoretical curve and the data processing process is more simple and quick.
