摘要
针对汽车主减速器齿轮间隙对整车振动的影响问题,建立减速器齿轮机构系统动力学模型。基于径向间隙与齿侧间隙的几何关系,提出动态齿侧间隙耦合概念,并通过试验验证了该齿轮动力学模型的准确性。通过数据采集器得到汽车主减速器不同位置的振动加速度信号,并通过工控机进行数据处理。通过分析试验数据证实该模型的计算结果与试验数据误差较小,并能很好地预测系统的共振现象。为动力学特性研究提供了参考。
Aiming at the influence of gear clearance of the main reducer on the vibration of vehicle,a dynamic model of the reducer gear mechanism system is established.Based on the geometric relationship between radial clearance and backlash,the concept of dynamic backlash coupling is proposed,and the accuracy of the gear dynamic model is verified by experiments.The vibration acceleration signals of different positions of the automobile main reducer are obtained through a data collector,and data processing is carried out through an industrial personal computer.The analysis of test data proves that the error between the calculation results of the model and the test data is small,and the resonance phenomenon of the system can be well predicted.It provides a reference for the study of dynamic characteristics.
