摘要
在不同车型安全件产品的开发过程中,受安全件产品多样化的影响,不同性能安全件产品的开发往往成为缩短项目开发周期的重要阻碍。从开发流程及开发思路等角度对基于简易滑台碰撞安全件产品的平台化开发进行说明。通过将各项目恶劣参数组合至简易滑台工装,使用台车模拟碰撞试验装置进行假人冲击试验,并判断伤害值是否满足要求,能够使相同参数安全件产品满足其他项目性能开发目标的同时进行平台化共用,从而大幅度降低研发成本与缩短开发周期。
In the development process of safety products for different vehicle types,due to the influence of products diversification,the development of safety products with different performances often becomes an important obstacle to shorten the project development cycle.The platform-based development of collision safety products based on simple sliding table is explained from the perspectives of development process and development ideas.By combining the harsh parameters of each project into a simple sliding table tool,using a trolley simulation crash test device to carry out dummy impact tests,and judging whether the damage value meets the requirements,the safety products with the same parameters can be shared on a platform while meeting the performance development objectives of other projects,thus greatly reducing the research and development cost and shortening the development cycle.
