摘要
miRNA作为人体中重要的非编码调控核酸序列,在生命活动各个方面发挥着重要的作用,包括早期发育、细胞增殖、分化、以及凋亡等。近年来,大量研究表明,许多肿瘤细胞中miRNA的表达会出现异常。因此miRNA的体外检测对癌症的早期筛查与诊断,以及癌症的治疗及预后具有很重要的意义。该文综述了近年来miRNA检测研究进展,从传统检测方法、新型等温放大检测两个方面总结了近年来miRNA检测的研究成果。
miRNA,as an important non-coding regulatory nucleic acid sequence in human body,plays an important role in all aspects of life activities,including early development,cell proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that the expression of miRNAs in many tumor cells may be abnormal.Therefore,the detection of miRNA is of great significance for the early screening and diagnosis of cancer,as well as the treatment and prognosis of cancer.In this paper,the research progress of miRNA detection in recent years is reviewed.The research results of miRNA detection in recent years are summarized from the aspects of early detection strategy,new isothermal amplification strategy.
