人工膝关节置换术后的护理研究进展

Research progress of nursing after artificial knee replacement

随着人工膝关节置换术发展的不断成熟完善,其在临床严重膝关节疾病治疗中开始广泛应用。特别是近些年假体设计以及手术操作的不断改进,大大改善了患者人工膝关节置换术后的临床疗效和预后。越来越多的研究表明人工膝关节置换术后的护理工作质量直接影响患者的临床治疗效果。在人工膝关节置换术后采取优质的护理工作,有助于降低并发症的发生几率以及促进患者早日康复等。因此近些年很多专家学者为了有效保障人工膝关节置换术的治疗效果,对术后护理工作开展了大量的研究,取得了一些进展和新认识。本文对这些研究进展进行综述,以期为人工膝关节置换术后护理工作的开展提供参考依据。

With the development of artificial knee replacement,it has been widely used in the treatment of serious knee diseases. Especially in recent years,the continuous improvement of prosthesis design and operation has greatly improved the clinical effect and prognosis of patients after artificial knee replacement.More and more studies have shown that the quality of nursing work after artificial knee replacement has a direct impact on the clinical treatment effect of patients. Taking good care of patients after artificial knee replacement is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications and promote the early recovery of patients.So in recent years,many experts and scholars in order to effectively protect the treatment effect of artificial knee replacement,carry out a lot of research on postoperative nursing work,and make some progress and understanding. This paper reviews the progress of these studies in order to provide reference basis for the development of nursing work after artificial knee replacement.
