输液性静脉炎的影响因素及护理进展

随着静脉输液此种治疗方法越来越多地应用于临床护理工作,与静脉输液相关的各种并发症在临床上也越来越常见。尤其是各种原因引起的输液性静脉炎,已经成为临床护理工作中最为常见的输液并发症之一。现在越来越多的医院已经将静脉炎等输液并发症的管理与监测作为衡量护理质量的指标之一。护理人员通过对输液性静脉炎加强评估,积极预防以及正确处理,可以大大降低静脉炎的发生率,从而减少输液性静脉炎带来的不良后果。因此如何在临床护理工作中正确认识、分析和处理静脉炎就显得尤为重要。本文主要介绍了近年来输液性静脉炎的影响因素、预防措施及各种处理方法,以期为临床护理工作提供理论依据。

With the increasing application of intravenous infusion in clinical nursing work,various complications related to intravenous infusion are also more and more common in clinical. In particular,the infusion phlebitis caused by various causes has become one of the most common complication in the nursing work. At present,more and more hospitals have regarded the management and monitoring of infusion complications such as phlebitis as one of the indexes to measure the quality of nursing. Nursing staff can greatly reduce the incidence of phlebitis,and thus reduce the adverse consequences of phlebitis by strengthening the evaluation,active prevention and proper treatment. So how to correctly understand,analyze and deal with phlebitis in clinical nursing work is particularly important. This paper mainly introduces the influencing factors,preventive measures and various treatment methods of infusion phlebitis in recent years,which can provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing work.
