从阳气郁结论治雷诺综合征理论

Theoretical Analysis of The Treatment of Reynolds Syndrome from The Conclusion of Yang Qi Stagnatron

雷诺综合征以四肢末端出现对称性、阵发性的苍白、紫绀、潮红性改变为主要临床表现,属于中医学“手足逆冷”的厥证。“寒者热之”,多数医家治疗以温补阳气、散寒凝为主。但在风湿性疾病中,雷诺征因阳气郁结于里,不能通达于四末所致者多见,为阳气的相对不足而致,其关键病机是“阴阳气不相顺接”,故其治疗不应见寒即予以大剂温阳散寒之品,而应从阻遏阳气正常布散的原因入手,通过疏肝理气、泄热通闭、活血化瘀、利湿通阳等法,使阳气畅达、四末得养,达到治疗的目的。

Reynolds syndrome is characterized by symmetry of the extremities,paroxysmal paleness,purpura,and flushing.It can be attributed to the syndrome of Chinese medicine"connter flow cold of the extremities".most medical doctors treat with wanming Yang,dispersing cold;but in rheumatic diseases,Renault levy is caused by Yang stagnation,and it is more common in those who are unable to reach the end of the extremities.The relative deficiency is caused by the fact that the core pathogenesis is that"Yin and Yang are not in harmony",so the treatment should not warm the cold,that is,the product should be given a large dose of warming and dispelling cold,but should be stopped by the hegulatron of blocking the normal distribution of Yang.Soothing the liver and regulating qi,releasing heat and closing,activating blood circulation,removing phlegm,and getting rid of Yang,etc..So that the Yang is smooth,and the end of the extremities is raised to achieve the purpose of treatment.
