经期延长是妇科常见病和多发病,严重影响女性的生活质量。罗志娟根据其正气的盛衰将经期延长病程的发展过程分为“早期、中期、晚期”3个阶段,结合女性行经期、经后期、经间期及经前期4个时期气血阴阳的变化规律,辨证施治,并总结为“三分法”即分阶段、分周期、分证型三者相结合治疗经期延长,认为临床证候多变常兼证为病,同时强调中西结合诊治思想,现将其按照“阶、期、证”进行系统总结,以传承其治疗经期延长的思想。

Prolonged menstrual period is a common gynecological disease and frequently-occurring disease,serious impact on the quality of life of women.Professor LUO divides the process of prolonged menstruation into three stages which is early stage,medium stage and later stage according to the rise and fall of Healthy Qi.LUO's diagnosis and treatment disease was according the process of prolonged menstruation and the changes of Qi and Blood,Yin and Yang in the four periods of menstrual period,menstrual intermenstrual period and premenstrual period.And he summarized this method as"three-point method"which is stages,different periods and syndromes.The clinical syndrome is changeable,several syndromes might appear at the same time,meanwhile he emphasizes the combination of Chinese and Western thinking of diagnosis and treatment.In order to inherit Professor LUO's thought of prolonged menstrual period,it is summarized systematically according to the"stage、period and syndrome".
