分段式就业指导模式在辅导员工作中的应用探索——以湖南农业大学教育学院为例

Exploration on the Application of Segmented Employment Guidance Model in the Work of Counselors:Taking the School of Education of Hunan Agricultural University as an Example

辅导员作为大学生的良师益友,在学生就业指导方面发挥着至关重要的作用。如何利用辅导员工作的现有资源,形成有效的就业指导模式是辅导员经常面对的问题,以湖南农业大学教育学院为例,笔者提出分段式就业指导模式,将辅导员指导大学生就业分为职业意识启蒙阶段、职业意识与能力强化阶段、职业实践探究修正阶段来开展工作。

Counselors,as mentors and friends of college students,play an important role in students'employment guidance.How to make use of the existing resources of counselors to form an effective employment guidance model is a common problem that counselors often face.Taking the School of Education of Hunan Agricultural University as an example,the author puts forward a segmented employment guidance model,which divides the guidance of counselors into the enlightenment stage of vocational consciousness,the strengthening stage of professional consciousness and ability,and the stage of exploring and revising professional practice.
