卓越医师背景下专业学位研究生培养模式的思考

Thoughts on the Training Mode of Professional Degree Graduate Students against the Background of Excellent Physicians Training

卓越医生教育培养背景下,临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养模式注重临床实践能力的培养训练,为培养大批高水平、高素质临床医师打下坚实的基础。我院在培养工作中不断总结经验,完善教学制度,积极构建卓越医师培养体系,从人文素质、专业素质和实践素质方面进行重点培养。文章针对我院临床实践教学过程中发现的问题积极探索,并提出相应的解决措施。

Against the background of excellent doctor education and training,the training mode of graduate students majoring in clinical medicine pays attention to the training of clinical practical ability,which lays a solid foundation for the cultivation of a large number of high-level and high-quality clinicians.In the training work in Second Hospital of West China,we constantly summarize experience,perfect the teaching system,actively construct the training system of excellent doctors,and focus on the cultivation of humanistic quality,professional quality and practical quality.In view of the problems found in the course of clinical practice teaching in our hospital,this paper actively explores and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
