This paper first discusses the importance of the training of creative talents,and also points out the deficiency of talent training in higher education at the present stage.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the cultivation of the students'professional quality and innovation ability,and to train their ability to use professional knowledge to solve the practical engineering problems.
