摘要
“岗位学徒,双责育人”现代学徒制人才培养模式是高职服装专业人才培养的范式。本文利用CIPP评价模型从目的、计划、实施、影响四个层面,选取4个一级指标、15个二级指标和47个三级指标构建智造时代下现代学徒制服装岗位人才培养评价指标体系,并提出指标的评价方法,以期为校企合作、育人用人提供动态监测与质效评价。
The modern apprentice training mode of post apprenticeship and double responsibility education is the talent training paradigm of garment major in higher vocational education.In this paper,the CIPP evaluation model is used to construct the evaluation index system of modern apprenticeship oriented talent training in intelligent garment manufacture from four aspects,namely purpose,planning,implementation,and influence.In this process,4 first-level indexes,15 second-level indexes,and 47 third-level indexes are selected.In addition,an evaluation method of these indexes is put forward in order to provide dynamic monitoring and quality and efficiency evaluation for school-enterprise cooperation and the education and employment of people.
