摘要
针对目前人才培养过程中出现的问题,本文对“导师制+项目制”协同育人的模式进行了探讨与思考。通过“导师制+项目制”协同育人模式的实施及实际效果分析,这种协同育人模式提高了学生的专业素养和创新精神,提高了毕业生的社会竞争力,对于人才培养质量起到了积极的作用。
In view of the problems in the process of talent training,this paper probes into the collaborative education mode of the"tutorial system&project system".Through the implementation of the"tutorial system&project system"collaborative education mode and the analysis of its practical effect,the results show that this cooperative education mode improves students'professional accomplishment and innovative spirit,and their social competitiveness,which plays a positive role in the quality of talent training.
