应用型高校设计类专业学科专业交叉融合问题与对策 被引量:4

摘要 在设计学科越来越多样化、创新创业能力被置于突出地位以及岗位需求快速变化的当下,学科专业交叉融合的人才培养模式日益被教育界所重视。结合浙江科技学院艺术设计学院的探索与实践,阐述了主要问题和相应对策。问题包括基层教学单位跨界壁垒、师生学科交叉意识与能力缺乏、教学资源瓶颈。对策包括以灵活性教学活动为抓手、实施优秀本科生导师制、做好跨专业合作实践的铺垫工作。 At a time when the design discipline is becoming more and more diversified,the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship is placed in a prominent position and the job requirements are changing rapidly,the talent training model of interdisciplinary integration has been paid more and more attention to by the educational circles.Combining with the exploration and practice of School of Art and Design of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology,this paper expounds the main problems and corresponding countermeasures.The problems include cross-border barriers of basic teaching units,lack of interdisciplinary awareness and ability of teachers and students,and bottleneck of teaching resources.The countermeasures include taking flexible teaching activities as the starting point,implementing the excellent undergraduate tutor system,and laying the groundwork for the practice of cross-professional cooperation.
