In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching in higher education against the background of education modernization,teachers as classroom managers need to improve the performance of classroom organization.By study,analysis,exploration,and application of Federer's model in Contingency Theory,college teachers can strengthen the new teacher-student relationship,use innovative teaching methods to complete teaching content,and change the disadvantages of traditional teaching methods.Hence,there would be a qualitative upgrade of the teaching quality in colleges and universities.
