摘要 教育现代化背景下,为提升高等教育课堂教学质量,教师作为课堂的管理者需更好地提升课堂组织的绩效。对领导权变理论中费德勒模型的学习与分析,探索与应用,高校教师可以增强新型师生关系,可以利用创新型授课方式完成教学内容,可以克服传统授课方式的弊病,从而使高校教学质量得到质的飞跃。 In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching in higher education against the background of education modernization,teachers as classroom managers need to improve the performance of classroom organization.By study,analysis,exploration,and application of Federer's model in Contingency Theory,college teachers can strengthen the new teacher-student relationship,use innovative teaching methods to complete teaching content,and change the disadvantages of traditional teaching methods.Hence,there would be a qualitative upgrade of the teaching quality in colleges and universities.
