高校辅导员应合理把控立德树人的核心关键点、关键人群、关键阵营,基于此,规划和形成有效的立德树人实现路径。为学生创建更优良的学习氛围,使其在专业技能、文化知识、参与实践活动过程中,树立远大理想、提高思想政治觉悟等。

College counselors should reasonably grasp the key points,key population,and key groups of"building morality and cultivating talents",so as to form an effective realization path of it.They are supposed to create a better learning atmosphere for students,so that they could set up lofty ideals,and improve ideological and political awareness in the process of learning professional skills and cultural knowledge,and of participating practical activities.
