高校团组织生活开展情况调查及改进措施——以南京大学金陵学院为例

Investigation and Improvement Measures of Organizational Activities of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities——Taking Jinling College of Nanjing University as an Example

在新的历史时期,如何通过基层团组织引领青年、凝聚青年,增添第二课堂活力,是各级团组织和广大团员干部面临的一项重要课题。以南京大学金陵学院为例,通过对团干部和团员的调研以及对2017年全校团组织生活开展情况进行探讨,发现高校团组织生活效果不佳的诱因为团员身份意识淡薄、不主动参加团组织活动等,因此,学院团委应加强《团员章程》学习力度,严格要求团员,切实发挥出青年标杆作用。

In the new historical period,how to lead and cohere youth through grass-roots League organizations is an important issue faced by League organizations at all levels and cadres of League members.Taking Jinling College of Nanjing University as an example,through the investigation of League cadres and League members and the discussion on the League organizational activities in 2017,it is found that the college group organization's poor life effect is caused by the lack of awareness of the identity of the group members,and they do not actively participate in the group organization activities,etc.Therefore,the Youth League Committee of the college should strengthen the study of the"Legislation of the League Members",strictly require the members of the League,and effectively play the role model for youth.
