On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of naval aviation equipment command personnel,this paper reasonably determines the training objectives of talents.In order to meet the training needs,some reasonable suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing the training content system,innovating the training implementation methods,and improving the construction level of support conditions,so as to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the training of naval aviation equipment support command talents.
