Application of Journal Club Combined with PBL Teaching Method in Research Ability Cultivation of Undergraduate Pharmaceutical Interns

药学本科实习生的培养是药学专业人才培养过程中不可或缺的环节,传统的药学本科实习生带教无法充分调动学生的自主学习能力。结合医院药剂科实习生带教经验,探寻药学本科实习生培养的新方法,将创新的Journal Club与PBL教学法相结合,在带教过程中极大地提升了实习生的主观能动性,对培养具有一定科研、创新思维能力的优秀药学实习生发挥了重要作用。

The training of undergraduate pharmaceutical interns is an indispensable link of talent cultivation of the pharmaceutical specialty.However,the traditional teaching cannot fully develop the abilities of undergraduate pharmaceutical interns.Thus,according to the former teaching experience in the pharmaceutical department of the hospital,a new training method of undergraduate pharmaceutical interns is explored.In this method,the innovative Journal club is combined with the PBL teaching method.It has greatly improved the subjective initiative of interns in the teaching process,and played an important role in the cultivation of excellent pharmaceutical interns with innovation ability and scientific thinking.
