“黄昆班”研究型教学示范课的承上启下式案例教学探索

摘要 “黄昆班”是大学与研究所合作办学的一个本科教育新探索,如何进行专业课特色教学,也是一个新课题。通过选取诺贝尔奖成果的氮化镓基半导体及其极性为案例,进行研究型示范课建设。案例具有“承上启下”的示范性效果,“承上”是借极性对波函数的空间调控,帮助学生理解以前量子力学课晦涩难懂的薛定谔波函数方程;“启下”是启发性开导极性如何形成二维电子气与高迁移率晶体管,帮助学生树立“先入为主”的后续器件课程学习。 "Huangkun Class"is a new exploration of undergraduate education in the cooperation between universities and research institutes.How to carry out the characteristic teaching of specialized courses is also a new subject.In this paper,knowledge of gallium nitride based semiconductors and their polarity,which is closely related to the contribution of the Nobel Prize,is selected as an example to carry out the construction of research-oriented demonstration course.The case has a transitional demonstrative effect.Through the spatial regulation and control of the wave function by means of polarity,this course provides a link to knowledge taught previously that helps students clearly understand the elusive Schrodinger Equation in previous course of Quantum Mechanics.While the purpose of introducing the following knowledge,which is about how polarity forms two-dimensional electron gas and high electron mobility transistors,is to help students set up preconceived ideas to study the following courses.
