摘要
控制性详细规划在城乡规划体系中占有较为重要的作用,是总体规划和修建性详细规划的“中间桥梁”。学生在学习控制性详细规划时,存在对规划指标理解不深,对控制性详细规划在具体建设过程中发挥的作用理解不深,对具体的一个规划项目“无法下手”等情况。在与教学同行相互探讨,同一线设计人员交流,以及多年教学经验积累的情况下,提出了“学习—认知—设计”的教学方法,在教学实践过程中能够提升学生的学习效果。
Controlled detailed planning plays an important role in the urban and rural planning system,and is the"middle bridge"for overall planning and constructive detailed planning.When students study controlled detailed planning,they do not have a deep understanding of the planning indicators.They do not understand the role played by the detailed control planning in the specific construction process,and they are unable to start a specific project.In the process of teaching and practicing,the discussion with the teaching peers,and the communication with the actual designers,the author of the paper proposes the teaching method of"learning-cognition-design"to improve student's learning effect.
