摘要 分析传统教学模式下“饮酒与健康”双语课程实施过程中存在的问题,阐述采用翻转课堂模式进行“饮酒与健康”双语课程教学的优势及必要性,并对实施过程中发现的问题提出反思。以期为双语课程,特别是酿酒工程专业相关双语课程的改革提供借鉴和参考。 This paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of the bilingual course of"Alcoholic Beverages and Health"under the traditional teaching mode,expounds the advantages and necessity of using the Flipped Classroom mode to carry out the bilingual course of"Alcoholic Beverages and Health",and puts forward some reflections on the problems found in the course of implementation in order to provide reference for bilingual courses,especially for the reform of bilingual courses for brewery engineering majors.
