创新创业视域下高职院校土建类人才培养的探讨——以常州工程职业技术学院为例

Discussion on Cultivation of Civil Engineering Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Innovation and Entrepreneurship——Taking Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering as an Example

创新精神和创业能力是高职院校培养技能型专门人才综合素质的重要表现。因此,以常州工程职业技术学院建筑工程技术专业为例,详细论述高职院校在创新创业视域下从优化人才培养目标、优化专业课程体系、优化师资队伍建设、优化教育教学方法四个方面进行人才培养,以形成校企合作长效育人机制。

Innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability are an important manifestation of comprehensive quality of the skilled talents trained in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper takes the Civil Engineering Department in Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering as an example,and discusses in detail construction of the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship,including talent training objective optimization,professional course system optimization,teaching staff construction and teaching method optimization,and establishes the long-term cooperative education mechanism.
