摘要
采用气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)方法,建立了烟用香精中甲醇、仲丁醇、香豆素以及黄樟素的高效检测与分析方法。利用乙醇提取香精香料,超声萃取30min后,利用GC-MS进行鉴定分析,结果表明,目标化合物在0.56~72.0mg/L,线性关系良好,回收率在97%~99%,RSD在1.22%~2.36%。表明该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,能够有效用于烟用香精中甲醇、仲丁醇及香豆素黄樟素的分析。
This study established a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for the efficient detection and analysis of methanol,sec-butanol,coumarin,and safrole in tobacco flavors.Extraction of flavors and fragrances with ethanol,after 30 minutes of ultrasonic extraction,and GC-MS for identification and analysis,the results show that the target compound has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.56mg/L-72.0mg/L,and the recovery rate is between 97%-99%The RSD is between 1.22%and 2.36%.The results show that the method is simple,rapid and highly sensitive,and can be effectively used for the analysis of methanol,sec-butanol and coumarin safrole in tobacco flavors.
