焦炉煤气综合利用技术分析

Analysis on Comprehensive Utilization Technology of Coke Oven Gas

伴随国内社会经济的进步,我国大多数焦化企业每年都会生产约1×10^11m^3的焦炉煤气,其中有23%左右的焦炉煤气被用于直接燃烧。为了能够合理使用焦炉煤气,让资源得到合理有效运用,节省能源排放,保护环境,主要对生产氢气、制备甲醇、用作燃料、还原铁以及发电这五种利用技术做出了分析,最后提出了焦炉煤气的综合利用是焦化行业今后的进步方向。

With the domestic social and economic progress,most coking enterprises in China produce about 1×10^11m^3 of coke oven gas every year.It can reasonably use coke oven gas,rationally and effectively use resources,save energy emissions,and protect the environment.This paper mainly analyzes the five utilization technologies of H2 hydrogen production,methanol production,fuel use,reduced iron,and power generation.It is proposed that the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas is the future progress direction of the coking industry for reference.
