摘要
采用气相色谱Agilent CAM毛细管柱色谱法测定水中甲醇含量。该色谱柱分离甲醇及干扰物乙醇会产生峰的展宽,因此对载气流量、柱箱温度、分流比等参数进行对比实验,建立最佳操作条件来分离甲醇、乙醇峰及优化谱图峰形。建立高含量(分流比20∶1)和低含量(分流比5∶1)两条工作曲线,都具有良好的线性关系。检测方法按2倍性噪比计算,最小检出限0.03ng。测得甲醇的相对标准偏差≤5%,平均值与标准值之间的相对误差≤±10%,加标回收率在95%~105%,在日常的监测任务中有很好的适用性。
This article uses gas chromatography Agilent CAM capillary column chromatography to determine the methanol content in water.The separation of methanol and interfering ethanol by this column will cause peak broadening.Therefore,comparative tests are carried out on parameters such as carrier gas flow,oven temperature,and split ratio to establish the best operating conditions to separate methanol and ethanol peaks and optimize the peak shape of the spectrum.Establish two working curves of high content(diversion ratio 20∶1)and low content(diversion ratio 5∶1),both of which have a good linear relationship.The detection method calculates the minimum detection limit of 0.03ng according to the doubled noise ratio.The relative standard deviation of the measured methanol is≤5%,the relative error between the average and the standard value is≤±10%,and the recovery rate of the standard addition is between 95%and 105%.Sex.
