摘要
石油企业在运营发展过程中,通常都需要使用大量的物资。这些物资的种类一般都比较多,同时也占用了企业的大量资金。在这种情况下,如果石油企业的物资材料质量监管体系出现了问题,那么就很难保证物资材料的质量,必须要在后续时间里引起重视。首先阐述了石油企业物资材料质量管理的意义,接着综合探索了石油企业物资材料质量监管存在的问题,最后从切实提高物资材料质量监督的重视程度、充分融入动态质量控制理念、切实提高监管人员的综合素质、积极使用各类信息化技术四个方面,探讨了石油企业物资材料质量管理的对策。
