油气储运设施是石油化工行业的基础设施。为保证油气资源社会供给的充足性,我国近年来逐渐加大了油气储运设施的建设力度,因而油气储运设施的安全性也得到了社会各界的高度关注。油气资源的特殊性决定了安全性能是油气储运设施的基本功能,若油气储运设施的安全性能较差,不仅会在一定程度上造成油气资源的浪费,更有可能引发重大安全事故,对社会经济造成严重的损失。简要分析了油气储运设施的发展现状、基本内容和油气储运设施安全的重要意义,并着重探究了提高油气储运设施安全性能的有效对策。

Oil and gas storage and transportation facilities are the infrastructure of petrochemical industry.In order to ensure the social supply of oil and gas resources,China has gradually increased the construction of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities in recent years,so the safety of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities has also been highly concerned by all sectors of society.The natural particularity of oil and gas resources determines that the safety performance is the basic function of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities.If the safety performance of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities is poor,it will not only cause waste of oil and gas resources to a certain extent,but also more likely to cause major safety accidents,causing serious losses to social economy.This paper briefly analyzes the development status,basic contents and important significance of the safety of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities,and emphatically explores the effective countermeasures to improve the safety performance of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities.
