摘要
原油中的泥砂会对工艺管道、泵体、阀门、加热器等设备产生堵塞及损坏,降低设备运行工况效率,影响油水分离效果。针对海上油井出泥砂导致原油含砂的问题,提出了泥砂治理整体设计方案。利用动态旋流法及化学法,解决了原油含砂问题,通过试验证明动态旋流器的除砂效果良好。
The mud and sand in crude oil will block and damage the process pipeline,pump body,valve,heater and other equipment,reduce the operating efficiency of the equipment,and affect the effect of oil-water separation.In view of the problem of sand in crude oil caused by mud and sand production in offshore oil wells,the overall design scheme of mud and sand treatment is put forward.By using dynamic hydrocyclone and chemical method,the problem of sand content in crude oil is solved.The experiment shows that the effect of sand removal by dynamic hydrocyclone is good.
