介绍了PVC残液综合利用过程中,有机尾气通过分离塔、压缩冷凝等工艺回收尾气中氯乙烯单体的技术,并将回收的氯乙烯单体运送至PVC生产企业氯乙烯精馏工段,作为粗氯乙烯使用,既节约了资源,又保护了环境,消除了相关安全隐患。
