摘要
石油化工生产过程中经常面临不同的环境,如高温、高压、真空等,生产过程中使用的工艺含有不同的介质特性,因此,需要加强控制工艺参数,对生产过程中的数据做到实时把握,才可提高生产效率。以往的测量仪表,大多数是人工操作,且误差大,安全系数低,逐渐被现代化的自动化仪表取代,自动化仪表可以实时监测传输数据,提高了数据的准确性,能够更好地了解石油化工的生产进程。自动化仪表满足了当下石油化工领域的生产要求,持续积极的发展石油自动化仪表具有重大意义。
The petrochemical production process is often faced with different environments,such as high temperature,high pressure,vacuum,etc.The process used in the production process contains different media characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the control of process parameters,the production efficiency can be improved only if the data in the production process can be grasped in real time.In the past,most of the measuring instruments were operated manually with large errors and low Factor of safety.They were gradually replaced by modern automatic instruments,which can monitor and transmit the data in real time and improve the accuracy of the data,to better understand the petrochemical production process.Automatic instruments meet the current petrochemical industry production requirements,the continued positive development of petroleum automatic instruments is of great significance.
