丁基氧化锡对酯类基础油合成的影响

Effect of Butyltin Oxide on the Synthesis of Ester Base Oil

采用新戊基多元醇、油酸及丁基氧化锡进行反应合成油酸酯。考察丁基氧化锡的加入量对产品酸值、羟值及抗乳化性能等的影响。结果表明,随着丁基氧化锡加入量的增加,理化指标酸值、羟值逐渐降低,闪点逐渐升高,金属元素锡含量增加,应用指标抗乳化性能变差,不易破乳化。

Oleate was synthesized by the reaction of neopentyl polyol,oleic acid and butyltin oxide.The effects of the amount of butyltin oxide on the acid value,hydroxyl value and demulsibility of the product were investigated.The results show that with the increase of the content of butyltin oxide,the acid value and hydroxyl value of the physical and chemical indexes decrease,the flash point increases,the content of the metal element tin increases,the demulsibility of the application indexes becomes worse,and it is not easy to break the emulsion.
