摘要
采用碱性吸附剂对酸值为13.38mg/g的样品进行降酸处理。考察样品酸值随碱性吸附剂种类(pH为7.39、9.86、10.97)、加入量及吸附时间的变化情况。通过检测样品的酸值来比较不同pH吸附剂、不同加入量、不同吸附时长的降酸效果。结果表明,在相同加入量及吸附时间下,pH越大,酸值降低的程度越大;在同一种类吸附剂下吸附1~2h为最佳吸附时间,吸附时间过长,酸值会出现明显波动;吸附剂加入量亦需控制在一定范围内保证样品不会出现反酸现象。
The sample with acid value of 13.38mgkoh/g was treated with alkaline adsorbent.The change of acid value of the sample with the type of basic adsorbent(ph7.39,9.86,10.97),the amount added and the adsorption time was investigated.The acid value of the sample was tested to compare the acid reducing effect of different pH adsorbent,different amount of addition and different adsorption time.The results show that the higher the pH is,the greater the degree of acid value reduction will be under the same amount of addition and adsorption time;the best adsorption time is 1-2h under the same kind of adsorbent,the longer the adsorption time is,the acid value will fluctuate obviously;the amount of adsorbent addition also needs to be controlled within a certain range to ensure that the sample will not appear acid reversion.
