摘要
近年来我国整体经济发展水平持续快速发展,现代化工业体系不断完备,并承担着经济发展重要基石的作用,对于整体经济发展长期向好起到了积极的推动作用,其中聚乙烯工业的发展尤为迅猛,也带动了电石生产项目的旺盛需求及发展机遇。电石作为聚乙烯工业的关键组成部分,其生产全链条虽然远不如化工业危险系数高,但却依然处于危险品范围内,需要对其生产安全引起足够的重视。通过对电石生产项目流程及其中所涉的可能危险性进行深入剖析,并提出相关优化调整建议,以提升在电石生产的安全性。
In recent years,China’s overall economic development level has continued to develop rapidly,and the modern industrial system has been continuously completed,and it plays the role of an important cornerstone of economic development.The rapid development of industry has also driven the strong demand and development opportunities of calcium carbide production projects.Calcium carbide,as a key component of the polyethylene industry,although its production chain is far less than the chemical industry's high risk factor,but it is still within the range of dangerous goods,and it needs to pay enough attention to its production safety.This article makes an in-depth analysis of the process of calcium carbide production projects and the possible dangers involved,and puts forward relevant optimization and adjustment suggestions,and is committed to providing some positive references in improving the safety of calcium carbide production.
