内蒙古某新能源化工自备热电站烟气超低排放改造实例

摘要 某新能源化工自备热电站现有3x300t/h循环流化床锅炉,现有环保设施已无法满足环保要求,需要进行提效改造。脱硝采用“低氮燃烧+SNCR+炉后协同脱硝”方式;除尘系统采用现有喷吹方式,将滤袋更换为超净滤袋;脱硫优化改造原有循环流化床干法脱硫工艺,一炉一塔布置,脱硫剂采用生石灰,无脱硫废水排放。改造后,在基准含氧量6%条件下,烟气中烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度分别不高于10、35、50mg/m^3。 The are three 300 t/h CFB Boilers in a new energy chemical self provided thermal power station.However,the exsiting environmental protection facilities can’t meet the requirements of environmental protection.So it is necessary to make some transformation to improve the efficiency.The mode of“low nitrogen combustion+SNCR+coordinated denitration after the furnace”are adopted for denitration;the dust removal system keeps the existing injection mode and replace the original filter bags with ultra clean filter bags;the original circulating fluidized bed dry desulfurization process is optimized and reformed for desulfurization,with one desulfurization tower arranged for one boiler.The desulfurizer is quicklime and there is no discharge of desulfurized waste water.After the transformation,the emission concentration of smoke,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide in the flue gas shall not be higher than 10,35 and 50mg/Nm^3 respectively(all the concentration value is under the condition of reference oxygen content of 6%).
