摘要
强化生态过程和绿色技术融入顺应了全球水污染处理产业创新和发展,采用末端生态强化型工艺将前端生物脱氮除磷技术与污水生态处理系统结合起来,实现深度污水处理,减少能耗。通过种植水生植物构成的水生生态系统作为末端生态强化单元,改进ABR-CSTR工艺构成深化处理一体式反应器用以处理船只排放的生活污水,通过不断缩短水力停留时间(HRT),在45d实现高效同步脱氮除磷,COD、NH4^+去除率稳定于90%以上,总出水PO4^3-浓度低于1mg/L,系统实现ABR有效去碳提供VFAs的最佳HRT为16h。生态格室进一步吸附水体中氮磷元素,一体式反应器的生态强化格室可良好反馈于污水处理。
Strengthening the integration of ecological process and green technology conforms to the innovation and development of the global water pollution treatment industry.The end ecological strengthening process is adopted to combine the front-end biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology with the sewage ecological treatment system to realize the advanced sewage treatment and reduce energy consumption.The aquatic ecosystem formed by planting aquatic plants is used as the end ecological strengthening unit,and ABR CSTR process is improved to form an integrated reactor for further treatment of domestic sewage discharged from ships.By continuously shortening the HRT,the simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal can be realized in 45 days.The removal rates of COD and NH4^+are more than 90%,and the total PO4^3 concentration of effluent is less than 1Mg·L-1,the best HRT for ABR to provide VFAs is 16h.The ecological cell further adsorbs the nitrogen and phosphorus elements in the water,and the ecological strengthening cell of the integrated reactor can be fed back to the sewage treatment.
