摘要
简要介绍了我国高强陶粒的发展概况、高强陶粒及生产高强陶粒的基本原理,阐述了固体废弃物中的化学成分在焙烧过程中的主要作用及对陶粒强度与密度的影响,提出了可用于生产高强陶粒的固体废弃物种类,利用固体废弃物生产高强陶粒的工艺技术要点。
This paper briefly introduces the development of high-strength ceramsite in China,the basic principles of high-strength ceramsite and the production of high-strength ceramsite,and explains the main role of the chemi⁃cal composition of solid waste in the firing process and its impact on the strength and density of ceramsite.In order to identify the types of solid waste that can be used to produce high-strength ceramsite,the key points in the pro⁃cess of using solid waste to produce high-strength ceramsite.
